Description

Pinnacle Marketing Group is looking for an Account Manager who has a passion for customer service, marketing and helping businesses thrive. An Account Manager is the main point of contact with our clients and oversees the production process to ensure that we are helping the client successfully market their business. The ideal client is self-motivated, works well in both an independent and team environment, a creative problem solver and highly organized with strong attention to detail. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication, customer service skills, and the ability to routinely handle multiple tasks while meeting production deadlines.

An Account Manager will be trained to have a complete understanding of Pinnacle Marketing Group's marketing and design services such as website development, social media management, video production, and brand development.

Essential Functions:

  • Account Management
    • Contact client and discuss the overall process, identify customer's goals and provide recommendations for successful marketing.
    • Collaborate with internal production staff such as the graphic designers and social media team members on behalf of the client.
    • Assist with the research and writing of content for websites, social media posts, and video scripts.
    • Set up website account including domain registration, site settings, submission of site map, and Google Analytic traffic reports. Set up of admin access to the various social media accounts.
    • Monitor billing and non-payment status and communicate any concerns to the client.
    • Monitor monthly traffic reports and touch base with the client throughout the year to provide tips, answer questions, and provide recommendations for further improvements.
  • Customer service
    • Work with clients to discuss short and long term goals for their online marketing success. Create a positive relationship and build the client's trust of Pinnacle's services and abilities. Keep the customer informed on progress and developments as well as address any questions or concerns throughout the year.
    • Work with communication companies, marketing/sales consultants and businesses to address any questions/concerns regarding Pinnacle's marketing services and products.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ex. Word/Excel, the Internet, computers and mobile devices
  • Education or experience in business, marketing, mass communications, or design is preferred
  • Experience in social media, web design, video production, local search platforms, online marketing or Adobe Photoshop is helpful, but not required

Pinnacle Marketing Group’s office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, and most employees work normal office hours.

However, we understand that cookie cutter hours might not work for everyone. That’s why we offer flextime to many of our employees, so that you can balance work with everything else you’re juggling.

Flextime must be approved by a supervisor to ensure our office hours are being covered. Work schedules can vary based on staffing and operational demands, and your supervisor will inform you of any hours required in your position.  

Pinnacle Marketing Group will grant holiday time off to all employees for the holidays listed below:

  • New Year’s Day (January 1)
  • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (first Monday in September)
  • Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
  • Day after Thanksgiving (may be substituted for the day after Christmas)
  • Christmas (December 25)

Pinnacle Marketing Group uses an all-purpose Paid Time Off (PTO) system. This time-off policy is for eligible employees to use for vacation, illness or injury, and personal business. It combines traditional vacation and sick leave plans into one flexible paid time-off policy.

Feel free to express your style through appropriate t shirts, polos, sweatshirts, or sweaters.  Any nice pants will work as long as they aren’t ripped or athletic.
