Pinnacle Marketing Group is looking for a Marketing Director who has a passion for marketing, leading successful employees and helping businesses thrive. This role involves promoting our services and identifying consumer needs to develop offerings that meet market demands. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding. This person must be able to lead a team and interact with clients on a regular basis.
The Marketing Director is responsible for managing the marketing and design teams to develop successful campaigns for both clients and our own company. This position has a complete understanding of Pinnacle Marketing Group's marketing and design services such as website development, social media management, video production, and logo & branding development.
Objectives:
- Identify short- and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including development and management of annual marketing budget, profit-and-loss projections, and expenditures.
- Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.
- Collaborate with marketing team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products.
- Oversee and grow the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities among established clients and by securing new accounts.
Essential Functions:
- Lead development of marketing strategy by working closely with clients, managers, marketing and digital teams to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products and services
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales
- Spearhead the execution of marketing campaign including tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations
- Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis
- Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Conduct meetings regularly with account managers and strategist to review pipeline, resolve challenges, brainstorm possible solutions, and provide training to ensure team is consistently performing above standard
Skills & Qualifications:
- Successful track record in senior marketing role and campaign creation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent amount of experience in marketing, communications, advertising or design is preferred

Pinnacle Marketing Group’s office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, and most employees work normal office hours.
However, we understand that cookie cutter hours might not work for everyone. That’s why we offer flextime to many of our employees, so that you can balance work with everything else you’re juggling.
Flextime must be approved by a supervisor to ensure our office hours are being covered. Work schedules can vary based on staffing and operational demands, and your supervisor will inform you of any hours required in your position.
Pinnacle Marketing Group will grant holiday time off to all employees for the holidays listed below:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
- Day after Thanksgiving (may be substituted for the day after Christmas)
- Christmas (December 25)
