Pinnacle Marketing Group is the official social media sponsor for the festivities & coverage of the race day and participates yearly in the race itself with our team, Pinnacle Power! We are looking for team members to crew our dragon boat this year.

We welcome our veteran paddlers as well as fresh ones! If you have never paddled a dragon boat before, fear not. It’s not as difficult as you’d think—and at the end of the day, it’s all about working together to paddle some boats and a day full of fun!

We are looking for 20 paddlers, 3 alternates, and 1 drummer.

Things to Note:

Each Team must compete with a minimum of eight women paddlers per boat per race.

Each team must race with a minimum of 16 paddlers per boat. Teams are allowed a maximum of 24 registered members.

Only one practice is mandatory for each team.

Practices will take place from August 1-4 in the evening. The captain will register for practice slots.

A registered team member must be 13 years old prior to the first practice session.

For participants less than 18 years of age, parents or guardians must read, understand and sign the waivers.

Each Team must race with a drummer.
