Southwest Broadband, located in Lakefield, MN, is a local communications provider of voice, video, and internet services across Southwestern Minnesota. Southwest Broadband provides their own streaming app called Southwest Stream, which features their full TV lineup.

The Challenge
Initially, Southwest Broadband came to Pinnacle by referral with the need for marketing assistance in transitioning their clients from their cable TV to their new streaming app, Southwest Stream. Over the years, we have handled their full marketing to help promote other services including their build out of high-speed internet and home managed Wi-Fi.
The Strategy
For Southwest Stream, we worked closely with the client to craft messaging and design pieces that educated customers through a series of direct mailings, hosted clinics, educational videos, web landing pages and instructional pieces. Campaign and efforts were so successful, Southwest Broadband kept Pinnacle on as their full time marketing provider.
