The Challenge
The client previously operated four separate websites, each with its own service details, pricing, and channel guides. This made it difficult for users to know which information applied to them and created ongoing management issues for the organization. With rates varying by region and no clear way to guide users based on their location, the experience was often confusing and inconsistent.
The Strategy
To solve this, West Texas partnered with Pinnacle Marketing Group to update both the structure and design of their site.
We created a clean, user-friendly website with clear entry points for each service area. This helped users quickly find the right rates, packages, and guides. Navigation was simplified and content was updated to improve accuracy and reduce maintenance.
The Results
The new website is now a single, easy-to-use place where customers can quickly find the information they need. Beyond the redesign, we’re continuing to support West Texas by helping with regular updates and ongoing website maintenance. This helps the site stay fresh with any new services or announcements. Overall, the website is built to grow with the organization and better serve the communities they support.
