Artificial Intelligence Use Policy

Pinnacle Publishing, LLC dba Pinnacle Marketing Group (“PMG”)

Effective Date: June 17, 2026  |  Version 1.1

This Policy sets out how Pinnacle Marketing Group uses artificial intelligence responsibly across the services we provide. It reflects our intent to keep AI in a supporting role behind honest counsel, original creativity, and human judgment.

1. Purpose & Scope

Artificial intelligence is changing how marketing and advertising work gets done. We see real opportunity in these tools and we also take seriously the trust our clients place in us. This Policy describes how we use AI in a way that supports our clients’ interests, protects their information, and keeps a person accountable for everything we deliver.

It applies across our services, including website development, online advertising, social media marketing, photography and video, graphic design, listing management, TV advertising, and directory advertising and publishing. It applies to all PMG employees and to the contractors and vendors who do work on our behalf.

AI is a tool that supports our team’s expertise. It does not replace the people, the creative work, or the judgment our clients hire us for.

2. Our Core Principles

These principles guide how we make AI-related decisions across the agency:

  • We let clients know when AI tools play a meaningful role in creating their work, and we are glad to talk through how a deliverable came together.
  • Human oversight. A qualified team member reviews and approves AI-assisted content, designs, and recommendations before they reach a client. You can ask us for fully human-produced work, and we honor reasonable AI-related preferences you share with us.
  • Accuracy & integrity. We do not use AI to create false, misleading, or deceptive content. Claims in advertising are held to the same standards for truthfulness whether or not AI was involved.
  • Privacy & data protection. We use your data only for the purposes set out in our agreements, and we do not hand client data to outside parties to train their AI models. We strive to keep confidential information out of public AI tools, favor tools with strong privacy and security protections, and let you know promptly if a data issue involving an AI tool ever affects you.
  • We do not use AI to target, exclude, or manipulate people based on protected characteristics such as race, gender, age, religion, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation.
  • Intellectual property. We respect the rights of creators and rights holders, and we address ownership of AI-assisted work in our client agreements.
  • We take responsibility for the work we deliver under our name, AI-assisted or not, and we address any errors or concerns promptly and in good faith.

3. How This Applies to Our Work

How these principles show up day to day across our services:

  • Copy & messaging. AI-assisted ad copy, scripts, and written content are reviewed by a team member before approval. We do not use AI to fabricate testimonials, reviews, or other social proof, or to produce manipulative messaging.
  • Design & creative. AI-assisted visual work is reviewed and approved by a designer or creative lead, and we use AI tools to support our creative team’s vision rather than replace it.
  • Photography & video. We do not create realistic depictions of real, identifiable people, voice clones, or other look-alike or sound-alike media without that person’s written permission.
  • Advertising & targeting. AI-assisted audience targeting follows applicable laws and platform rules. We do not knowingly target minors or people in crisis with exploitative advertising, and we are happy to explain how targeting is applied to a campaign.
  • Client-provided AI content. If a client supplies AI-generated artwork or other AI-created material, we reserve the right to decline it, or to use it only as a reference for original work produced by our team. Any AI-generated material we do accept is reviewed first to confirm it is commercially safe to use, including appropriate usage rights, and consistent with the standards in this Policy.

4. Accountability, Questions & Updates

A member of our leadership is accountable for how we use AI. If a client, employee, or member of the public believes this Policy has not been followed, they are welcome to raise it with us without fear of pushback. We aim to respond promptly and to look into every concern in good faith.

We expect to review and update this Policy periodically, and sooner if there are meaningful changes in technology, law, or industry practice. The current version is available on request, and we will share material changes with active clients.

Responsible AI use is an ongoing effort rather than a finish line. We welcome feedback from our clients, partners, and community as we refine these practices over time.
