The Challenge
Beltrami County Public Health needed a creative and strategic partner to help unify their public presence, streamline their communications, and support the delivery of complex, state-required initiatives like the Community Health Assessment and Improvement Plan (CHA-CHIP). They were also looking to increase community participation in health surveys and educational outreach, particularly in underserved areas and among tribal populations.
The Strategy
Pinnacle Marketing Group provides support across a wide range of services.
- Logo Design: We started by designing a fresh, professional logo that represents Beltrami County Public Health’s commitment to care and community.
- Print & Digital Outreach: We design their monthly NC Nugget newsletter, create educational flyers, and design and order branded trinkets for use at public events.
- Survey Support: We assisted in the design and distribution of community health surveys throughout Beltrami County. To maximize the survey reach, we also designed digital and printed graphics for emails, social media, and local display to urge residents to fill out the surveys.
- CHA-CHIP Report: Using collected survey data, we created a 24-page Community Health Assessment & Community Health Improvement Plan booklet required by the state. We traveled across the county to capture original photos of landmarks and community locations to include throughout the report, giving a distinctly local feel.
- Custom Coloring Books: We created three different custom coloring books featuring Ojibwe language to support inclusive community outreach and education.
- Campaign Advertising: We designed and ran both Facebook and audio streaming ads to raise awareness about the local milk donor bank, helping reach new audiences with important health messages.
