The Challenge
For more than 30 years, Davis Auto Body has been a go-to in Turtle Lake, Wisconsin, for auto body repair and mechanical services. Their reputation for trustworthy service and family-run care was solidified in the community, but their website was outdated and didn’t reflect the same story.
To change that, Davis Auto Body partnered with Pinnacle Marketing Group.
The old site lacked a modern design, was hard to navigate, and wasn’t mobile-friendly. It didn’t highlight their full-service lineup (auto body repair, mechanical repair, glass replacement, towing) or the Davis family values that set them apart. Most importantly, it wasn’t easy for customers to get in touch with the shop directly.
They needed a website that worked as hard as they do, reflecting their professionalism and approachable style while highlighting the full range of auto body services.
The Strategy
The main goal for the new Davis Auto Body website was to capture the friendly, small-town nature that their customers know and love while also bringing awareness to the full range of repair services they offer. Pinnacle Marketing Group partnered with Davis Auto Body to bring their online presence up to speed without losing their family-oriented feel. Pinnacle’s approach focused on three key areas:
- Authentic Branding – We built the site around their relaxed style by using real photos of the shop and family to showcase their story.
- Clear Navigation & Service Focus – We organized auto body repair, mechanical repair, and 24-hour towing into an easy-to-follow structure. Strong calls-to-action like “Call for an Estimate” and “Book an Appointment” guide customers to take the next step.
- Family Story & Local Trust – An “Our Story” section highlights their 30+ years of service and the leadership of Bruce and Randy Davis, reinforcing the trust they’ve built in Turtle Lake.
