Foothills Communications has been a trusted local provider of broadband, phone, and TV services across eastern Kentucky for years. Their mission goes beyond technology; it’s about keeping communities connected and supported with reliable service. 

Since 2018, Pinnacle Marketing Group has partnered with Foothills to help improve their marketing efforts. What started as social media management has now grown into a full digital strategy. In 2025, we took our partnership further by redeveloping their website to better serve both their customers and their team.

Foothills’ previous website had become cluttered and difficult to use. Customers struggled to navigate through large amounts of important content like service details, legal documents, and company history. Internally, their team found the outdated structure tough to manage. 

The goal was clear. Their website needed a modern, easy-to-navigate design that organized all this content in a way that worked for customers and staff alike.
