Based in Kalona, Iowa, they offer a full range of residential and commercial garbage and recycling services, including roll-off dumpsters for construction and clean-out projects. With a strong reputation for reliability and community-centered service, N&N Sanitation is deeply rooted in the areas they serve.

The Challenge
Although N&N Sanitation has a long-standing relationship with their community, their brand and digital footprint had trouble keeping pace. Their logo wasn’t in a usable digital format, and they didn’t have a website that clearly communicated their offerings or made it easy for customers to interact with the business

The Strategy
To support their growth, Crete & Co. partnered with Pinnacle Marketing Group to develop a two-part strategy.
We partnered with N&N Sanitation to bring their vision to life. Our plan was to focus on digitalizing their logo refresh and developing an easy-to- navigate website.
- Logo Refresh & Digitization: N&N Sanitation had a logo the customers recognized, but it needed a little updating. We gave it a modern refresh while keeping it true to the original that locals know and trust.
- Website Build: We built a clean, user-focused website that helps customers quickly find what they need. It clearly explains N&N Sanitation’s residential, commercial, and roll-off services. Customers can fill out a simple form to request service, get in touch, or pay their bill online. The site is compatible on all devices, making it easy to use whenever customers need to use it.
The overall goal was to give N&N Sanitation a more modern look and make it easier for customers to find and use their services online.
