Progressive Care is an assisted living management company with properties in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Over time, Pinnacle Marketing Group has had the opportunity to rebuild seven of their property websites.

The Challenge
Progressive Care struggled with limited control and flexibility over their website pages under their previous provider, which didn’t support their vision for growth and expanding care. They also wanted all their websites managed in one place by a single, reliable team to ensure consistency and to simplify the process.

As we worked through the site redesign, we saw opportunities to strengthen their brand and recommended updating their logo and digitalizing their floor plans. From there, the relationship continued to grow as Progressive Care turned to us for new marketing materials and even added Google Ads for many of their locations.
The Results
The updated websites gave Progressive Care a more modern, user-friendly online presence that better reflects the quality of care they provide. Each site is easy to navigate, visually appealing, and creates a consistent experience across the board. The refreshed logo brought a fresh, cohesive look, while the digital floor plans made it easier for families to explore each community. With their new marketing materials and targeted Google Ads, they started seeing more engagement and more inquiries. What began as a simple website refresh has grown into an ongoing partnership that continues to support their growth.
