Our marketing services encompass drone, 3D tours, photography, and videography and are available in select markets only. We offer packages based on typical client requests, with the option for custom quotes to meet specific needs. Please be aware that expedited project completions may incur additional fees. Our pricing is applicable to locations within a 20-mile radius of Pinnacle Marketing Group. If your project requires us to travel beyond this radius, extra charges will apply. The cost of our custom services is determined by factors such as building size, features, and location availability.

Adhering to the allocated project timeframe is essential. Any project exceeding the quoted timeframe will be billed at our current fixed hourly rate for general work and a special rate for drone flights. To minimize costs and on-site time, we kindly request that you have the locations prepared for the project.

In situations where our team is unable to work upon arrival due to avoidable circumstances beyond our control, the full amount for the quoted project will be charged. Therefore, please ensure that the site is free from clutter, debris, or unfinished work before our team arrives.

If you need to cancel or make changes to the project, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations will result in a charge for the total amount of the quoted project.

In the event of inclement weather, we will make efforts to reschedule the project as needed. Please note that drone footage availability is subject to flight zone limitations and weather conditions. Rest assured, our drone pilots hold commercial licenses and operate in compliance with FAA regulations. All drone flights are billed at a special rate.

Our video services include one round of edits as part of each package. Additional proofs beyond this will be billed at our current fixed hourly rate for edits.

Finally, please be aware that all pricing is subject to change based on the specific requirements of each quoted project.
